Terms and Conditions of BIBO Nova Pre-Order Only
Non-Refundable Deposit
A deposit of £100.00 is required at the time of order to secure your purchase. The deposit will be non-refundable, except in the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order.
The deposit will be deducted from the total balance owed.
Automatic Balance Payment
Payment for the remaining balance of £525.00 will be taken automatically 4 weeks before delivery. We will notify you at least 7 days prior to the automatic balance payment being taken.
You authorise us to automatically charge the balance to the same payment method used for the deposit, unless an alternative payment method is provided by you in advance.
Collection and Storage of Card Details
By providing your payment details at the time of the deposit, you consent to us securely storing your card information within Stripe, our payment processing partner, for the purpose of facilitating the automatic balance payment.
Stripe is a secure and compliant payment processor that adheres to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), ensuring that your card details are stored and managed safely.
Your card details will not be stored directly by us. All card information is encrypted and securely stored by Stripe in compliance with their stringent security measures.
Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations made by you after the deposit payment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Cancellations made by you after the automatic balance payment has been processed, will result in forfeiture of the deposit, but the balance payment (£525.00) will be refunded in full.
Security
BIBO doesn’t store your card details directly; all card information is stored securely & confidentially with Stripe. Although your payment details are stored by Stripe, we are both responsible for ensuring the security and protection of your card data & we take appropriate measures to ensure that all transactions & data handling processes comply with industry security standards, including PCI-DSS.
Delivery Delays
The delivery date is an estimate, and we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates due to potential unforeseen circumstances.
All other terms and conditions remain applicable and enforceable, even if the delivery date is delayed. However, if the delivery is delayed by more than 3 months from the estimated date, you have the right to request a refund of your deposit.
Acceptance of Terms
By making the deposit payment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, including the collection and storage of your card details within Stripe for the purpose of facilitating the automatic balance payment.
Installation and delivery charges may still apply once your delivery date has been confirmed. We will be in touch directly to arrange this with you.
