A qualified BIBO engineer will visit your home, connect your BIBO Nova to a cold mains water supply, test everything is working correctly, and walk you through how to use the machine. The whole process takes around 30–45 minutes. You don’t need to arrange a plumber separately — we take care of everything.
Our team will contact you within 48 hours of your order to arrange a convenient date. Most installations are completed within 7 days of purchase, depending on your location and availability.
No special preparation is needed. The BIBO Nova just needs access to a cold mains water supply (usually under the kitchen sink) and a standard plug socket. It sits on your countertop — no drilling, no waste drain, and no permanent modifications to your kitchen are required.
Absolutely. BIBO’s multi-stage filtration removes harmful contaminants including chlorine, microplastics and PFAS chemicals, while retaining essential minerals. The built-in UV-LED purification kills bacteria for 100% safe drinking water. It’s actually cleaner than most bottled water.
