1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom (mainland only). If you’re located outside this area, please contact our team before placing your order to discuss available options.
2. Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation, subject to stock availability.
- Standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 working days.
- Installation orders will be scheduled by our team after purchase — we’ll contact you to arrange a convenient date and time.
We’ll always keep you informed if your delivery is delayed due to stock or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Charges
Standard delivery: £9.99 per order.
- Installation services: Charged separately and displayed at checkout.
- Delivery costs are clearly shown before you confirm your order.
4. Receiving Your Delivery
A signature may be required upon delivery. Please inspect your order on arrival and report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours.
If you’ve purchased a BIBO Nova with installation, please ensure the area is accessible and ready with a suitable water and power connection.
5. Failed Deliveries or Access Issues
If our courier or engineer cannot complete delivery or installation due to access issues or an unattended address, a redelivery or rebooking fee may apply.
6. Pre-Orders
For pre-orders, estimated delivery dates will be shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. We’ll notify you when your product is ready to ship or when installation can be scheduled.
